Nirmal Singh
Nirmal Singh is our CEO and Promoter of Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the road construction industry. He has been a Director on our Board since incorporation of our Company and has been instrumental in the growth of our Company. He looks after the strategy and policy formulation for our Company and liaises with various departments of the Government and also overlooks processes in our Company which includes, bidding, tendering and planning.
Raghubir Singh
He has been with the company for over two decades. He holds a diploma in civil engineering. His role at AIPL includes project management and various other general management functions. He adds value through all phases of a project, including design, feasibility, estimating, plan. He has been at the front end and involved in the delivery of a variety of construction projects.
Kiran Kulwinder Kaur
She is a degree holder in Information & Technology and further have completed her masters in Human Resource. She has been working in the organization for more than 3 years and is a vital part of the company.
Gursimran Singh
He is alumni of Thapar College of Engineering, Patiala and holds a degree in civil engineering. He is the gold medalist in the institute and further have concluded his masters in civil engineering from IIT Kanpur.
